The lot is the standout here. This older three-bedroom, one-bathroom mobile home sits on a large, flat lot backing onto a treed area with a creek, offering a natural backdrop and plenty of outdoor space. The home needs considerable work, though the living room laminate flooring has been redone. For buyers looking for a project, there is an opportunity to explore improvements to the existing home or the possibility of removing it and building something new, subject to municipal approvals.Bring your ideas and see the potential this property has to offer.
