If you are looking for a lovely mature property on the Irish Loop, check out this spacious home and property in scenic Tors Cove. Just 35 minutes from town, this home is a perfect spot for a growing family or for someone looking to enjoy quiet country living. The home is located on a quiet road that leads to the beautiful Cribbies area. Mature trees provide privacy in the front and the rear yard offers great potential for a large garage, gardens and more. Built in 1985, the main part of the home offers an open concept living room and dining area, with large windows for natural light and lovely hardwood floors and crown molding. The kitchen is a perfect spot for a cozy eat in space or can be upgraded to add more cabinets and countertop. The main bath is bright with lots of white cabinetry and the laundry area is extra spacious and a great utility and storage area. 3 bedrooms complete this level, 2 of which are part of an extension that was added in 2001. The loft area was also part of the extension and is a perfect bedroom or bonus area. Enjoy long summer days on the multi level rear deck.
