This great little find could be just what you were looking for. Two cabins located on the same 3.7 acre lot just a few minutes walk to Crabbe's River. They are rustic and need work, but there is plenty of room to add on if you need to and lots of options available. It all depends on your requirements. One cabin has two small bedrooms, whereas the second cabin is a bachelor pad. The larger cabin has a oil stove for heating the cabin and a propane stove for cooking. The generator runs the fridge. It has bunk beds in one room and a queen in the other. Two new windows were installed and there is a 1 1/2'' PCV pipe going to the water supply. The second cabin has a propane stove as well. These two cabins served as family getaways for years and now the family is ready to pass them along for someone else to enjoy.
