Tucked away at the end of the Spruce Brook cabin area, this three-bedroom cabin offers beautiful views of George’s Lake from the front balcony and the open-concept kitchen, dining and living area. Updated over the years, the cabin features electric heat throughout, a wood stove, a full four-piece bathroom and an attached entrance with storage space. A newer septic system and heat-traced main water lines make year-round use possible. The road is not cleared wintertime so winter access is by snowmobile only. The private, quarter-acre lot offers plenty of cleared space, including potential room for a detached garage. The lot next door and across the road are presently too small to accommodate a septic system for a future place to be built. It's a comfortable retreat for summer days and winter getaways alike. The water view is spectacular! (id:60457)
