Located in the beautiful Town of Port aux Basques, this property offers excellent potential for investors or buyers seeking a redevelopment opportunity. The existing structure requires repairs and currently has no municipal services connected. Enjoy breathtaking, unobstructed ocean views from the property. Due to current unknowns of the condition of the building, interior viewings are not available. With the right vision, this property presents significant potential.
