Recent improvements include a new well, water purification system, on-demand hot water system, steel roof, and the addition of a primary bedroom. The loft on the upper level can be used as a non-conforming bedroom. The bathroom was completely updated last summer, and the WETT-certified wood stove provides cozy warmth during the cooler months. The cabin is built on piles, with well-insulated walls and underside for added comfort. The electrical work has been professionally completed, and the appliances are approximately 2.5 years old.
