Looking for a place you can finish your way without starting completely from scratch? This property already has a lot of the hard work done. The electrical is complete, the building is supported by 6 x 6 posts set approximately 5 feet into the ground below frost, and there is already a dedicated space ready for a bathroom to be installed. Inside, the open main level is filled with natural light and features warm wood ceilings, exposed beams and plenty of room to create the layout that works for you. Upstairs offers even more usable space with an open loft style walkway and separate rooms ready to finish. This could be a great option for someone looking for a camp, weekend getaway, hunting property, recreational retreat or a project they can slowly make their own. Instead of paying for someone elses finishes, you get to choose the flooring, paint, kitchen, bathroom and final touches yourself. The character is already here. Now it just needs someone with a vision to bring it across the finish line. (id:60457) Location - On Hilltop rd
