This top-floor one-bedroom has 9-foot ceilings found only on the upper level, and generous windows that draw in soft north light and look out over Fisgard Street to the city and water. The open plan comfortably hosts a table for six, and the kitchen pairs quartz counters and stainless appliances with a spacious eating area. Unwind in the soaker tub of the four-piece bath or step out to your private deck. In-suite laundry, ample storage and a separate locker add everyday ease. Pets are welcome and the furnishings are included. Walk and bike score of 92, with Victoria’s finest restaurants and boutiques are steps from your door. (id:60457)
