Welcome to the Oriental, an iconic 1880s heritage building in Victoria's Old Town District, thoughtfully restored in 2011. Unit 213 sits quietly at the back of the building facing the courtyard, offering 12'3 ceilings, tall windows with natural light, and exposed character brick walls. The open-concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances and bar seating flows into the living and dining area, while the open loft above provides bedroom space plus a Murphy bed for guests. Complete with a 4-pc bathroom, in-suite laundry, storage locker, bike storage, and shared rooftop patio with downtown views. Pet friendly with 1 dog (no weight restriction) or 2 cats allowed and rentals permitted. Bastion Square Parkade is directly across the street, with restaurants, shops, cafes, and waterfront walks all on foot. A rare chance to own 1880s heritage charm with the best of downtown Victoria dining and harbour air outside your door, ideal as a pied-a-terre or long-term investment. (id:60457)
