Good things come in well-renovated packages. Reimagined in 2017, this 2 bedroom home offers a thoughtfully designed open living space with a modern kitchen & bathroom. A bonus flex area is perfect for a home office, creative corner or for an overflowing collection of books & kid's toys. There's plenty to love beyond the front door as well. This boutique Mount Pleasant building was fully rainscreened in 2013 with new fibre cement & metal siding, balconies, windows & roof. Your pet & rentals are welcome. In suite laundry, parking, storage & bike room are included too. All of this steps from parks, breweries, coffee shops, a weekly farmer's market & the skytrain. Seek out the best of both Main & Fraser Streets just a short stroll away. In this neighbourhood, you’re always in good company.
