A rare piece of Ucluelet waterfront history on Imperial Lane, historically tied to the area's Japanese fishing community. Set directly on Ucluelet Harbour, this property offers stunning water and mountain views of the active working harbour. The existing character home features cedar-shingle siding and original architectural details. It requires substantial repair and renovation, making it a perfect project for a buyer with vision. Reached by a long set of stairs and surrounded by mature West Coast vegetation, the setting feels completely private yet sits just minutes from the heart of town. This is an opportunity to restore a historic residence or build something new for the next generation.
