Great little starter home and/or investment property to build some sweat equity! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is situated on 0.67 of an acre, so there is lots of room to grow and possibly add outbuildings! There is a nice assortment of trees throughout which adds to the privacy. Inside is modest, but very livable and comfortable. The main floor family room could easily be converted to a fourth bedroom if needed. There is a 12'X24' garage which gives that extra space for dry storage or addtional projects. Covered deck out the front. The exterior could use some TLC but there is a lot of potential here. This property is private and quiet and less than 15 minutes from town! (id:60457)
