Welcome to Woodland Park, a quiet 8.8-acre community of 53 townhomes set among mature trees and open green space. This private end unit offers a west-facing yard rarely found in a townhome: fully fenced, generously sized and backing onto acres of lawn, perfect for kids and pets. Inside, the bright kitchen with newer appliances opens to a spacious living and dining area, with laundry and a powder room on the main. Upstairs are 3 comfortable bedrooms and a full bath. Updates include windows and bathrooms. Parking for 2, generous storage room & crawl space storage, plus a basketball court and grassy field on site. Steps to Glenwood/Laity View Elementary and Westview Secondary, and close to transit and shopping. Pet-friendly. One of the best locations in the complex!
