Opportunity knocks for a Buyer looking for a Fixer Upper to do a complete interior renovation. Exterior of the complex was just repainted this year along with NEW WINDOWS being installed. 2 storey 3 bedroom townhome with all 3 bedrooms on the upper floor & kitchen, living room and dining room on main. 2 separate storage rooms in the carport, fenced backyard along with another garden/storage shed. Complex is situated on approximately 9 acres and is ideally located on the west side of Maple Ridge. Walking distance to both levels of schools, parks, and is a pet friendly complex. The opportunity is here to put yourself in a 'newer' townhouse for considerably less money than buying one that is 'turn key or move in ready' if you are willing and able to roll up your sleeves and put the work in.
