Mary Islet presents a rare opportunity to own a private, five-acre island sanctuary in the protected waters of Pender Harbour. Offering pristine natural beauty, trails, and views across the mount of the harbour, it features the rare advantage of municipal water and BC Hydro already in place. Nestled on the property is a 2,000 sq. ft., 1930s, three bedroom, sweetheart of a cottage, with vertical log construction, a brand new cedar roof, and country charm. An ideal base while you plan for the future. Arrival is effortless thanks to a robust private dock with an engineered shore connection, (no seabed pilings) and just a 10-minute boat ride from Madeira Park. With flexible RU-1B zoning, the island offers multiple sites for a potential second dwelling. This legacy Island awaits you!
