Why drive all the way to Tofino when you can sit on your deck and watch the North Westerly’s from your own private oceanfront property? Hang out in your he/she shack, right on the water’s edge. Lots of great music has been heard in the walls of this home. The current senior citizen /musician would love to stay and rent back for 10-20 years, making this an opportunity for someone from the mainland (or elsewhere). You could park a trailer and work on the property/ go fishing and prawning until your own retirement. This little dead-end road ensures very little traffic and yet is only 20 min to the Nanaimo airport and right in between Chemainus and Ladysmith. Lots of room for lots of parking and a garage! This 3 bd 2 Bath 2 living room home in one of the Island’s best climates can be yours! (id:60457)
