Move-in ready condo! This one-bedroom unit is in excellent condition and is located on the quiet southwest corner on the backside of the building. Offering tons of natural light and excellent afternoon & evening sun, this condo has recently been renovated including flooring, bathroom, newer windows & patio door, and fresh paint. Southview Manor is clean, well maintained, and is professionally managed by Meicor Property Management. There is a healthy contingency fund of over $200,000, and the condo is currently rented for $1,450 per month. This would make an excellent investment or perfect starter home.
